Airplane Mode is a brand operated by Clarification of Reality LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website (airplanemode.io) and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree not to misuse the site (no illegal activity, fraud, spamming, or attempts to disrupt security).
2. Intellectual property
All content, logos, graphics, designs, and products under Airplane Mode are owned by or licensed to Clarification of Reality LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
3. Orders & payments
Purchases are processed through Shopify and third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. Airplane Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Shipping & returns
Delivery is currently available in New York City only. We deliver to hotels and residences within our service area; availability is shown at checkout. You select a delivery date when you order, and we schedule delivery for that date. Delivery dates are estimates: we coordinate timing around the trip information you provide, but we do not guarantee arrival before a departure, check-in, or other travel event, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. For hotel deliveries, you are responsible for providing accurate reservation details (guest name and hotel); once a hotel accepts a package, its handling and storage are subject to the hotel's own policies. For residence deliveries, you are responsible for providing an accurate address and any access instructions. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances: (1) if your order is returned to us undelivered because a hotel, vacation rental, or other delivery location refused or was unable to accept the package, or (2) if your order is lost in transit by the carrier and never delivered, we will issue a full refund or reshipment. Once a package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Airplane Mode is not responsible for theft, loss, or any damage that occurs after delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a secure and attended delivery location when placing your order. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

By joining the Airplane Mode waitlist or making a purchase, you may receive emails about drops, events, or promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
6. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will always function without errors, downtime, or interruptions. You use the Services at your own risk.
Flight Sync. Flight Sync identifies upcoming trips from the calendar or trip information you choose to share with us. Detection depends on that information being available and accurate; we provide notifications and delivery timing as a convenience and do not guarantee that every trip will be identified. You can disable Flight Sync at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our Services after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
